Forever Toyota customers. RAV4 hybrid developed a rattling sound that I lived with for months. Dealers couldnt find source. Two visits to a local body shop finally solved. Error in production. Spoiler was never clipped in. $86. March 9, 2021. Talked to Ernesto I think. Cant find his extension. Promised $100 gift card. Never got it. Toyota??? Unbelievable! Stan Pierce User's recommendation: Don’t believe customer service. Toyota can’t afford $100?
