Bought 2016 rav4 with 32,500 back in 2019, car has only 46,500 on it now, first condensor seals went on ac, now rack and pinion, was to have ex warranty and it wasnt done, i was lied to, that rack should last almost a lifetime what a piece of garbage, im disabled too, money out of pocket for a car i paid cash for, worst dealership and rotten customer service, have guard elite too and they try charging me all the time, stuck with lemon !!! !!! dealersh is unproffesionalj unprofessinl User's recommendation: dont go to this dealership PB Toyota.
