Bluetooth issue not resolved

Last Thursday I got a call from Toyota that the issue was fixed. All I had to do was uninstall the Toyota app and then reinstall it and it would work. It didn't work. I called back Toyota, they worked on it and then said it was a Scout GPS issue. They connected me with Scout GPS. I spent almost two hours on the phone with Scout and they then said it must be a Toyota issue. Toyota said it was something back office would have to work on. I have not heard anything since. User's recommendation: I am fully expecting that this issue will be resolved. The vehicle is still under warranty.
