On 11-18 my vehicle was serviced, the mechanic recommended having the vehicle maintenance. I agreed the cost was $748.53. One month later the check engine light came on. My daughter took the vehicle in and was told she didnt close the gas cap tightly. That cost was $165.99. The mechanic recommended transmission fluid change for $299.00. I questioned him about why it wasnt taken care of during the maintenance he said 50,000 miles is recommended transmission fluid change. There was 56,000 miles on the vehicle. Thats when I lost confidence in your mechanic. I called Lexus and they recommend changing fluid at 100,000 miles and the cost is 280.00. I have been a loyal customer of Toyota for 20 years. I am very disappointed and I want you to know you have lost a loyal customer. User's recommendation: Get a second opinion don’t just trust them.
