I purchased a new Avalon XLE and the seat frame is twisted. The right side of the seat back is twisted forward so when you set in the seat you are not setting straight and the bottom cushion is leaning towards the left. I had to wait 2 and a half weeks to get it in to the dealership. I showed the service advisor what was wrong they had a mechanic look at it 10 minutes and said there is nothing wrong with the seats. Mechanic only checked the lumbar and that was not my complaint. User's recommendation: Don't buy a Toyota.
