No reply or refund

I booked tickets 3 times in kiwi and none of the tickets were approved. After 24hrs they told me to cancel the booking and money was refunded back to my kiwi account. I want the amount back to my credit card used so that I can use another app to book the ticket. I tried calling, emailing using the app to chat NO response was given. Kindly refund my money back so that I can book a ticket from another app! So frustrating to keep contacting and no reply or no customer service help. User's recommendation: Do not use kiwi to book.
