I originally booked a transavia flight (HV 145) with Kiwi from Amsterdam to Dalaman. This flight got cancelled by Transavia, and Kiwi was refunded (as confirmed by Transavia). However, Kiwi keeps changing my schedule and claim there was no cancellation but a change. They have been blatantly lying and stalling for time to avoid refunding me my money. They are still claiming I am on a flight that doesnt exist. (I checked with airport authority and Transavia and they confirmed no flight exists at the claimed depaeture time) User's recommendation: Don't even think about buying anything from Kiwi.com.
