I have a minor spelling mistake in my surname in my booking with kiwi.com. I have been contacting your agents since 31/7 to change it and my flight is on 6/8 and no one is helping me. they either ignore me or say that they will help but I have received no help whatsoever. My problem has not been solved and I am at risk of losing my flight because of this. Besides that they are asking for 55£ to change it. Absolute rip off!Do V User's recommendation: Avoid at all costs!
