Cancelled my flight with no refund

This company is horrible and you cannot get a hold of anyone. They cancellled my fiancées flights for no reason when I had booked the same flight with sky scanner and mine was not cancelled. He also paid $2000. I would NEVER book with kiwi again unless you want a massive headache and pay for a flight that they cancel with no refund.
