Can not get proper service on my sears products

The worst customer service system I have ever used!!! The tell you to use the web site. Then it gives you a phone number to call because it can not schedule a tech. The phone system is long and full of useless info and refers you back to the web site. There is no option on either to talk to an actual human!!!!!! I spent countless hours in this technical loop. I am done with sears. No wonder why they are all but finished as a Corp. if I treated my customers this way our company would be gone..,. User's recommendation: Never by s LG or Kenmore fridge. The compressors are garbage and after going through the nightmare of getting that fixed. Now my internal water supply is leaking and it destroyed my hardwood floors fire to an undetected slow leak.
