Update by user Apr 08, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. We were offered a settlement price on the broken washer which we accepted as a fair offer. Now we are waiting for a check to be mailed to us.. Original review posted by user Mar 09, 2021 Lg washer has been broken going on for two months and cannot get anyone to commit to fixing or replacing washer. Just get the run around and put us off. Thinking of ordering the parts and fixing it myself or just buying a new washer and dryer and canceling home warranty. User's recommendation: Do not buy a home warranty from Sears who just hands you off to a subcontractor.
