So far the worst ever- I have had this policy for close to 17 years- I have used them three times- once to repair burne on stove- which was fine- as it was the service company who did everything - paid 125 service charge. before that for broken washer- which I had to fight to get replaced-the corporate office had to intervene because customer service supervisor- wanted to send a 200 check - those two items were years ago. Last month March- fridge broke down- paid the 125 service charge- technicians came out twice- cannot be repaired- cinch was to replace- the one sent was damaged and broken- instead of re-order they requested a reship- which to the forwarder means reship original unit - I am now without a refrigerator for a month-and just getting the run around- will update
