Have a confirmation number for cancellation AND a paid final bill and STILL got charged and turned over to collections!!
Cancelled service back in December 2020, moved to a new facility, had multiple lines, they said they couldn't port my old number, gave me new numbers, never made or received the first call on em, called to cancel ALL numbers, even got a confirmation number, they continued to bill me each month to the tune of $350+, turning $1000+ dollars over to a collection agency, which I REFUSE to speak with wincanhelp User's recommendation: VoIP.
