Update by user Mar 22, 2021 I am still waiting for a response from edible arrangements which happen on Valentines Day. they delivered the arrangement to the wrong address. I have tried calling and e-mailed. I feel that I should be reimbursed. Customer Service is very Bad. I just will not use them again or tell my friends to use them.Jim Original review posted by user Feb 20, 2021 I am still waiting for a response of why I didn't receive my delivery for my wife on Sat.Feb.13th.I have tried calling several times and sent e-mails but no response, even though someone should have contacted me within 48 hours. The delivery was sent to wrong house, I am terrible upset. I spent good money for this product plus a delivery fee. I feel I should be reimbursed. Please respond ,or I may have to write a bad review, and report it to Better Business Bureau.
