Delivery and franchise complaint
The store not available for several days and mailbox is full. We did have a blizzard but i originally spoke to representative at their request to change delivery date no problem and confirmed flowers to be sent was told yes. Delivered part of my order no flowers received and i want a refund for the item not received Order delivered on Saturday January 30th. Store Woodbridge NJ
