Why is my bank account being charged 2x for same flight. United flight from Nashville, Tn to Gillette, Wy. I am the only person going. United MCIS 2105 1**** and MCIS 2104 08****. Ticket 016755****539 Gloria Button. Do I need to cancel and do over. Totally confused plus money to much taken. I am deaf and dont use phone. Please respond by email only. User's recommendation: None at this point. Upset when money is taken from my bank account for same flight twice.
