Didn’t get paid full amount

I played 2 different hands of Caribbean poker last night 8/2/2021. On these hands I got 2 full houses while betting the progressive. The progressive for a full house pays $100 instantly, and I did not get paid out on either one. I took screenshots of both of them for evidence as well. Please help me out with this issue! I love bovada and dont want to have to switch for an issue like this. Thanks, Jonathan Elser
