I applied for a pocket wifi router from Mondo, the consultant I was communicating with said the router was a cell phone size but they delivered a big router that I can't travel with which works only in that address its sent to. I then called Mondo they said I must call MTN and cancel the contract with them as they where selling for MTN, I went to MTN Hemingways in East London they said there's nothing they can help with because the return date has passed. I decided to email MTN customer care they responded I have a reference for the email they promised to get back to me but till today the haven't. I've never used any of those things they sent me Sim card and a router.
