MTN FAILED ME

THE BELOW EMAIL SENT ON THE 17/03/2021 BUT NO RESPONSE UNTIL TODAY. Good day Please urgently assist with an unresolved complaint that seem like nobody is doing anything about it. My name is Saintphillip Masete 078248****, the last week of February i bought DATA using my loyalty points, to my suprise the DATA was not working, so i had to buy data again using my airtime, now later before the data expires , i then logged a call which it was the 1st of this month if i am not mistaken, the MTN service Champion assisted me and told me that the data i bought was for an AYOBA of which it was not stated taht the data is for the so called AYOBA app and furthermore he gave me reference number stated on my subject line. Since that day, nothing has happened except calling the MTN call centre countless times and nothing of value came out it, they kept telling me that my issue will be resolve within 2hours or 24 hours but up until today MTN is still quiet about this matter. i would love to know what will happen with my loyalty point that MTN stole from me by not disclosing what the type of data are allowed to buy with the points like the other data bundles are labelled, so you know exactly what you are purchasing. Furthermore, i wish to know if MTN will give me my data that i was purchasing when i got robbed, i am a loyal customer to MTN and i expect MTN to resolve all the issues we encounter. Please urgently revert back to me since i am sick and tired of calling the customer care and nothing happened, i hope by sending this email my issue will be resolved. I am not really impressed by the way MTN handles customers and yet calls themselves SERVICE CHAMPIONS but sits with the customer issues unresolved forever. Regards Masete User's recommendation: MTN SHOULD SPECIFY THE TYPE OF DATA SHOULD BE PURCHASED WITH THE LOYALTY POINTS.
