Wasted my time and money

I called to make an appointment to have my leaky convertible top looked at. The service rep made the appointment and gave me the date and time to bring it in. I got up early and drove x miles only to have them tell me they don't do that type of work. I lost sleep, gas money and my time. User's recommendation: Talk to the service manager before you confirm your appointment or take it to someone else.
