Unable to play Poker .Log on get connected, select a game, I am connected to game .Then a Football Frenzy message comes on the screen and it crashes.Money is still being deducted from my account about $30 over the past few days. I have sent Log etc as directed but nothing is being done! I am most displeased with the service. I require a full refund
