Time for Warranty Issues

I had a pedal break only a year after having the bike. Warranty covered the bike pedal and said it would take 10-15 business days. It has been 37 business days and still no information on when it will be delivered. Every time I call they can not give me any update or additional information besides that it should be delivered soon. Terrible customer service if you ask me. User's recommendation: Spend a little more for a quality bike and customer service.
