I was texted last night that Verizon gave me $40.00 worth of service. Why I don't know. But I called and talked to a rep at Verizon that said it did not come out of my account, I was told it was free. Next day, today, I get a text saying they took money from my bank. Now I'm trying to talk to a real person at Verizon and all I get is a fake rep. Also, there is a pop-up, sort of, about location so they can give me hints. I denied it and another question and now that is all on the Verison app. I need to talk to a real person to get anwsers and I get a fake rep. How can one get passed that fake rep? User's recommendation: choose someone else.
