Original review posted by user Aug 01, 2021 Just to speak to a VERIZON customer service and ask a simple questions, I would have to create an account and offer pin numbers and whatever else is required. This is ridiculous! In the end I don't even get to speak to anyone not did I resolve my issues with your SIM card! I hope u guys lose lots of your customers because of these ridiculous "protocols" and go out of business!
