Trouble with cost of bill

I am getting charged for a phone on my bill that I don't even have or use.. we bought a new iPhone for my husband and are not using the Nokia phone at all. It was supposed to be off our bill and somehow the representative did not remove it.. I need someone to call me and fix this. User's recommendation: Make sure the rep gets rid of old phones on plan.
