Original review posted by user Jul 13, 2021 We booked a June 2020 flight to Israel/Croatia and had to Covid cancel. Rebooked for June 2021 Croatia, and had to pay $350 to rebook. We received a refund of $861 as the tax portion of the difference between the two flights. Then Cheapoair listed our June 2021 trip as "refunded", and neither they nor Austrian Air could access our tickets. We eventually bought tickets on Delta on June 6th. User's recommendation: Never, ever, use Cheapoair. They owe us over $9,000!
