Asiana Airlines cancelled by reservation during Covid and said that the ticket refund will be paid to Cheapoair. They should reimburse me $605.13 for the fare. I made multiple attempts to resolve the situation amicably, but since Cheapoair kept making promises but never refunded the money, i am escalating my case to the public and the New York State Attorney General Office.s Do not use CheapoAir. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE CHEAPO AIR.
