Refund for cancelled service

In February 2021I cancelled my ANCESTRY account that was being paid through GOOGLE PLAY via my DEBIT card ending in 8060. ANCESTRY has not billed me since, however, GOOGLE PLAY billed me and withdrew funds from my checking account March 3-5, 2021. I have spoken with ANCESTRY 3x in the past 24 hours. The did not, have not received any monies from GOOGLE PLAY. WHERE IS MY MONEY GOOGLE PLAY??? You have denied my request for a refund stating not a qualifing reason!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND ALL MY GOOGLE PLAY ACCOUNTS CANCELED! Christie L. ANCESTRY has been very helpful and has a telephone number and REAL people to help customers! User's recommendation: Do Not use GOOGLE PLAY for reoccurring payment for an app! I cancelled my ANCESTRY account/app February 2021 and am stiil being billed by GOOGLE PLAY but am having no luck getting a refund for the March 2021 payment GOOGLE PLAY billed me for on my cancelled ANCESTRY Y account/app.
