Cannot get in contact with anyone

I have been trying for over a week to get in contact with an associate I have 3 different case numbers no one has reached out to me I tried the texting thing an I stay on hold for an hour then no answer it says timed out I needed a refund on some passes I bought I bought the wrong park passes an I have been having trouble
