Lack of service/quality

The 3 Steak and Shakes in the Tallahassee area just plain suck. Rude employees, the shake machine is perpetually "broken" and it's drive through only. Every other fast food establishment is fully functional. Bad business. Cutting overhead and just outright lying to customers. Completely done with Steak and Shake. Such a pity. Shove it Steak and Shake. User's recommendation: Stay away.
