Complaint/ refund

Order wasnt put in waited almost an hour they wasnt busy and then our waitress disappeared and after waiting looking around finally the cook came to ask me what I needed after waiting about another 30mins we left I was outside for about 15 to 20mins talking with my cousin who met up with me and then seen our waitress pull up NOT OK
