Zoosk blocked my account because it was hacked. They told me to start a new subscription under a new email address.

Zoosk did not instruct me on how to set up a new subscription without paying for the second subscription. I ordered and paid for the new subscription. A few days later, Zoosk notified me that they will return the full amount paid on the new subscription that I ordered. User's recommendation: While Zoosk mau not be the best at communication with their subscribers, they do support their subscribers and will reimburse those that encounter problems not caused by them.
