I have tried to call and call and I finally got hold of a representative and the call dropped. She never called me back. I want a refund, because the hotel we booked had nothing available for the date we requested, so we were forced to stay somewhere else. This is the second time Expedia has messed up. We booked at hotel back in April at Myrtle Beach and they had nothing available when we got there. User's recommendation: Don’t go through Expedia for reservations.
