I need my trip itinerary

I can not talk to a human. I dont have my itinerary number so I can not give it. Impossible situation. I need to cancel but can not because they do not have really customer service. User's recommendation: Be careful when you use them. If you make a mistake or they do you our out of luck resolving the problem. They sent me the reservation only with the hotel confirmation not theirs and I did not receive a pin code either.
