I called AHS that my A/C was not cooling. When the contractor arrived and checked the unit he said I needed freon, and that AHS doesn't pay for freon, and that I would need to pay $108.00 out of pocket, plus I already paid a $100.00 service fee. It would have cost me less if I would have contacted someone myself. User's recommendation: DO NOT use AHS.
