I specifically said no roses please, three times!

After being told that my arrangement would be not available, I then requested a bouquet of spring flowers. Customer Service said that she could compensate me with two dozen pink roses. I said three times, Please, I do not want roses, I would like a Beautiful spring bouquet. My delivery came two days late and it was two dozen roses!
