This was my first time using Avas flower company. I ordered the White Lily Sympathy Bouquet with a guaranteed delivery promise by customer service rep. Order was not delivered or fulfilled. No substitute provided. Avas called me about order issues 20 minutes after funeral started. I am very disappointed. Will never use this company again. Poor customer service... User's recommendation: Would not recommend this company.
