Terrible customer service and overall website/app issues

I have had to many problems with this bank not properly updating my transactions on my account leading me to unnecessary overdraft charges that could've been avoided easily if my account balance was updated correctly and accurately. It is almost impossible to get in contact with anyone from customer service to help whether that be via phone, online or email. Also, a $36 overdraft charge for an account being -$0.24 for less than 2 hours is absolutely ridiculous and a straight up scam. I can't wait to close my account and find a new bank.
