Update by user Jun 21, 2021 I have not given up yet. So far the Husqvarna customer service has been pretty much clueless. I took the equipment to a authorized service dealer for the warranty claim and they called me after 5 weeks to have me come pick up the vacuum/blower. Apparently Husqvarna was unresponsive to their contact attempts to warranty and repair the equipment. I contacted Husqvarna and they told me that the service dealer is the one who denied the claim, not them. So frustrating dealing with this incompetence!
