I ordered 12 long stem roses with accent flowers (such as lilies and carnations) for a special occasion. It was to be presented in a red vase. I got 12 short stemmed mixed roses with dead leaves and the flowers died within 2 days. The vase was clear. When I called, they simply cut me off and dropped my call - Tom, Derek, etc. totally dismissed me! User's recommendation: Never buy from Bloomex.
