I have contacted the customer service multiple times asking them why they changed my plan without my permission using my personal information and saying that I was ineligible when I am currently eligible for a state program phone not only that they took away 8 GB data that was additional to a total of 12 GB of data is what I would have had every month they still have chose not to return back my data User's recommendation: Go with a different service go with qlink.
