I thought I was supposed to get a phone with this service but instead I got a tablet. I can't find a phone icon to even make a call, I don't know how to activate it, just know I can't use the sim in my own phone due to sim lock. I know this is a free service to help the low income but it's not helpful if we don't get what you promise. User's recommendation: Be ready to not get the phone they promised.
