They used to be reliable, but now suddenly they're either charging and not mailing the gift cards at all or are at late to mail or the orders can't process at all. Worse is their stupid social media team cannot help you so they tell you to call and then the call center has no idea why your order was unable to be processed and ended up cancelled. Why do they offer promos like spend $25 or whatever and get a $5 or $10 bonus gift card if they're going to fail to deliver? User's recommendation: Think twice.
