My mother has been incarcerated for 13 years for tax fraud and identity theft she was sentenced to 21 years we have gotten back in court twice and every time we get a lawyer to fight the case the same judge denies her even though she was wrongfully over charged for something she was suppose to receive 8 years for no matter how good of a case we present in court and we always win that judge just wont let her out like he has a grudge out for her personally
