They took my money, but wont send me my product

I paid for an item with them on May 13, 2021. To date I have not received the product that I paid for and I keep getting the run around when I inquire with them. It's been 8 weeks now. Plus, they won't let you speak to a manager. They just keep giving you generic responses. User's recommendation: don't bother. you're wasting your time and money.
