The delivery person sometimes comes and sometimes not. He/she will deliver to one side of the street and not my side. Other times the paper just isn't delivered to anyone. This time it has been four days with no paper and calling customer service does not change anything. User's recommendation: Get your news from MSN on the computer and never sign up for the Inquirer.
