My Fiancee asked that I use Remitly the next time I sent Money as it was closer to pick up than Western Union who I used many times in past. Remitly took Money from My Bank, then stalled the Transfer for over 5 hours. Twice I answered questions that were really none of their Business. Waited for return calls that never came. Finally cancelled the transfer. Now I'm told I have towait for up to 10 days for My Refund. Meanwhile my girl goes without. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. NO ONE THERE WILL GIVE YOU A STRAIGHT ANSWER. User's recommendation: RUN TO WESTERN UNION - NEVER HAD A PROBLEM THERE.
