Faulty bowl lids and no service

In June 2020 I purchased a set of two 2 cup prep bowls only to find when they arrived that the lids did not fit securely. Since that time I have been trying to get replacements. Each time I write, I receive an email apologizing for error and say they will ship new ones within 5 days. When COVID outbreak occurred there was a very long delay. I get that, but we have been going back and forth since then (it is now 3/17/21)! They keep sending the wrong lids and I am getting nowhere with them. If I ever hear from a friend that they are going to a Pampered Chef party, or going to host, I will absolutely tell them how awful their service is! User's recommendation: Do not purchase anything from this company because if there is something wrong, you will never get it replaced.
