Returning their phone call
I was receiving multiple phone calls from your company after I made my April payment. I returned your call to find out that there was a problem on your end. I made the payment over the phone with the same bank card that I pay with every month, that you have in file. I had more than enough funds in my account and I received a confirmation number. Something went wrong on your end. I put in a grievance with the company as I do not want any late fees or my credit ruined due to your mistake. I did receive another bill that was doubled up for May, which is fine with me however there are late fees on that bill that needs to be corrected. Please correct the bill and mail or email me the proper bill. Thank you Pamela McMinn
