Swiss Colony DId not cancel my order within an hour after I reqested it be cancelled

I ordered merchandise on June 6, 2021 and about an hour later, I requested to cancel the order until further notice. I got an email "the next Day", on June the 7, 2021 stating that the merchandise had already been "shipped", but I requested the order be cancelled within 8 hours of the order on Sunday, so there are "no" shipments on Sundays. I spoke with three people today on phone about the order (the third one was a supervisor), and she told me that she would credit my account for the order since I requested it be cancelled the day the order was placed, within 8 hours. Consumers have the right to "cancel orders", within24 hours, which I did within 6. See attachments of emails correspondence back and forth with Swiss Colony Reps. User's recommendation: negative.
